Vladimir Semynozhenko
Chairman of Advisory Board, Intego Group Ukraine

Mr. Vladimir Semynozhenko has long been a champion of innovation and invention in Ukraine and has worked vigorously to develop the political climate, legal structure and business environment that Ukraine needs to foster growth. He is a PhD, Doctor of Sciences, and a Member of the Board of the National Academy of Sciences. He serves as the Chair of the Parliament Committee on Sciences and Technology and is the author of Ukrainian Legislation on Technology Parks. Mr. Semynozhenko has held the positions of Vice Premier Minister of Ukraine (1999, 2001-2002, 2010) and Head of the Association of Ukrainian Scientists. In addition, he created and served as the Head of the Ministry of Sciences and Technologies of Ukraine (1996 - 1998) and has also lead numerous technology and innovation Committees at the Cabinet of Ministers.

Sergiy Glushakov
Managing Director, Intego Group Ukraine

Sergiy has over 15 years of experience working in the Information Technology field. He received his MS degree in Applied Mathematics in 1996 from Kharkiv Polytechnic University, and in 2002 received his Ph.D. in Computer Science. He co-founded the Kharkiv Institute of Information Technologies in 2001, where he led a group of authors to produce over 100 books on Information Technologies. In 2003, Sergiy became a co-founder and Vice President of Operations for a large U.S. based company. Sergiy is a member of the Project Management Institute, and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®). Sergiy splits his time between the United States and Ukraine and resides in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

Vladimir has over 15 years of experience working in the Information Technology field. Born in Ukraine, he permanently relocated to the United States in the early 1990’s. Vladimir received his degree in Computer Science and Business from the University of Central Florida. Prior to co-founding Intego Group, Vladimir held positions as an executive for several dot-com companies, and ran IT operations for a major Hardware Manufacturer within the laser cutting industry. He also owned and operated a software outsourcing business from 2000 until 2005. During his career, Vladimir managed a large number of IT and non-IT projects in the United States, Asia and Europe. Vladimir splits his time between the United States and Ukraine and resides in Florida, USA.
