Position: Business Development Manager

Intego Group is expanding its Florida office and in need of a Business Development Manager with first class communication and presentation skills along with the ability to manage the entire sales process from research through to negotiations and closure. This is a hunter role, responsible for acquiring clients looking for high-quality software development services. Requirements:
- New business hunter who mature enough to be autonomous and driven to hit targets without heavy micromanagement.
- Very structured sales person with good all round software industry knowledge.
- Ideally 5 years of experience in selling IT projects developed by offshore delivery teams.
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically.
Responsibilities:

Position: SharePoint Architect
Location: Kharkov/Kiev
The SharePoint Architect/SME will provide overall architecture leadership, guidance, support and mentoring over all application development projects developed on the SharePoint Server 2007, 2010 platforms. In addition, this role will conduct assessments of existing SharePoint environments and facilitate technical discussions with internal resources regarding project needs and recommending technical approaches.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and audits of client’s existing SharePoint deployments
- Provide technical leadership to a team of development resources in all aspects of the application development process, including analysis, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment
- Provide technical guidance, support and best practice leadership for the development of tools and technologies on a variety of platforms including SharePoint Server 2007 and SharePoint Server 2010

Must have a deep understanding of the SharePoint Server core capabilities including collaboration, portal, content management, enterprise search, business forms and business intelligence
